This will allow you to do the Maths on a daily basis as it will help you to track your steps. Remember to consult your doctor before you start a new exercise regime and you really should start by walking slowly and only do 10 to 15 minutes a day. As you get fitter and healthier you can probably up to 30-60 minutes and try and hit your 10,000 steps!
