i went to dowload november 2013 higher paper1 and paper 2.can you please let me when you get the papers
I’ve been given a class of EAL lads who are commited and want to do well but then the system comes into play. Never been to school before coming to uk speak very little English so someone decided to give them a KS level of 2 meaning 3 progress levels is an E. I’m up for the challenge but the E boundary on this paper is one sixth higher than in 2011 meaning they have to get 17 more marks. To achieve that E compared to someone 2 years older than them.
I am studying Edexcel, Maths B, GCSE, Foundation Tier.
I will be sitting three seperate papers Units 1-3, and each of these requires a raw mark of 54 out of 60. This means 90% of the paper needs to be correct to get a Grade C.
My question is, could this percentage move after the papers are marked? As it seems near impossible to get 90% I am getting mostly 88% and am worried this will be a D Grade.
Many thanks.
